San Diego isn’t known for its lakes, it is known for their beaches and great weather. I am fortunate to live by one of the numerous lakes, so at least once a week I jog or walk Lake Murray. There are a bunch of lakes (The City of San Diego calls them reservoirs) Also, there is also a lake in Santee (nearby town) and a handful in the unincorporated parts of San Diego County.
